For all service calls, we charge a flat fee of $100. This fee is applied towards any subsequent repairs for vehicle inspections and diagnosis. We have carefully considered our pricing to provide our customers with the best deals while enabling us to continue growing, and we will always ensure you receive the best value for your money.
Just give us a call, text, or DM on Instagram. Tell us what kind of repair or maintenance you need, where the work is located, and some basic details about your project, and we'll get back to you with a price estimate quote. From there, we will schedule a date to do the maintenance or a date to inspect the project further to give an exact cost breakdown. Nobody likes surprises when it comes to spending money, so we are extra thorough on our quotes, ensuring we aren't far from our original quotes and giving you peace of mind that the job has been done right from the very start.
We are very flexible when it comes to accepted payment methods and can accommodate a wide variety of options. Specifically, we accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, as well as digital payment platforms such as Apple Pay and Venmo.
Our service area is primarily focused on Washington County and the Portland metropolitan area, allowing us to maintain competitive pricing for our clients. We are available to service locations outside of this area; however, a surcharge will apply.
We utilize interchangeable tool setups so that we can customize our service truck to the job at hand, this helps us stay neat, organized and ensure a clean appearance when providing service in your neighborhood. We have opted to use primarily all Electric tools, this helps keep the noise down when doing work around your home. When it comes to using heavy duty electric equipment, we may require the use of your exterior electrical outlets and water spigots. We aim to keep our tools and knowledge up to date so that we never miss a beat.
When working on a vehicle we can usually accomodate for tighter spaces, Generally speaking we will require at minimum 4 feet of space around all sides of the vehicle. The vehicle will also need to be on level ground or able to move to level ground if suspended work on the vehicle is performed in the interest of safety. We most importantly want to keep our crew safe and your vehicle too when in our care, having enough working room allows us to ensure that happens.Â
No! You don't have to, but you absolutely can! We have lots of experience searching for parts and a great relationship with our local parts vendors, and we're confident we can get whatever's needed to complete the job. If you have sourced your own parts, we'll still inspect them for you before installation to ensure everything matches up and the repair goes smoothly.
